Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:

  • Koordination von Aufträgen:
  • Annahme, Prüfung und Klärung von Bestellungen und Lieferaufträgen. Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und wirtschaftlichen Umsetzung.
  • Lager- und Bestandsmanagement:
  • Verwaltung und Pflege der Lagerbestände. Organisation von Versand, Lieferung und Entsorgung von Materialien und Hardware. Durchführung von Hardware-Aufbereitungen.
  • Wareneingang & Logistikprozesse:
  • Annahme und Prüfung von Waren anhand von Lieferscheinen und Frachtpapieren. Organisation der Zwischenlagerung sowie des innerbetrieblichen Transports.
  • Projektunterstützung:
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten, beispielsweise bei der Umstellung von IT- und Telekommunikationssystemen.
  • Technische Unterstützung:
  • Unterstützung bei Softwareinstallationen und Einrichtung von Geräten.

gesuchtes Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Lager und Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Logistik, Disposition oder Beschaffung, sowie im Umgang mit IT-Hardware.
  • Kenntnisse & Qualifikationen:
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel.
  • Führerschein der Klasse B, idealerweise auch Erfahrung mit Flurförderfahrzeugen oder Gabelstaplern.
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau.
