  • Sie übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle in der Systemsteuerung und Prozessoptimierung der Materiallogistik.

Deine Aufgaben

  • First Level Support (Hard‑ und Software) im Umgang mit dem WMS sowie angrenzenden Logistikprozessen
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Service‑Tickets inkl. Eskalationsmanagement
  • Sicherstellung der Systemfunktionalität von WMS und logistischer Peripherie
  • Durchführung von Systemtests im Rahmen von Prozess‑ und Systemanpassungen
  • Analyse von Beständen, Stammdaten und Parametern (Material, Ladungsträger) sowie Identifikation von Fehlerursachen
  • Initialisierung und Nachverfolgung von Inventurvorgängen
  • Schulung und Unterweisung von Mitarbeitenden im korrekten Umgang mit dem WMS
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Lager, Produktion und weiteren Schnittstellen sowie bei Bedarf Mitarbeit in der Materialflusssteuerung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Logistikbereich (z. B. Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik, Logistikmeister) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation durch Berufserfahrung
  • Praxiserfahrung mit SAP und Lagerverwaltungssystemen (WMS)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit IT‑Systemen und mobilen Endgeräten (Scanner, Tablet, PC)
  • Starkes Verständnis für Material‑ und Informationsflüsse sowie logistische Prozesse
  • Fähigkeit zur nachhaltigen Ursachenanalyse und Problemlösung
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (2–3 Schicht) sowie hohe Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B1)
