Die Inselmühle Usedom GmbH steht für hochwertige, regionale Lebensmittel und traditionelle Handwerkskunst, kombiniert mit moderner Produktionstechnik. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Rattey (Schloss Rattey) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik (m/w/d) .

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bedienung, Überwachung und Umrüstung unserer Produktions- und Verpackungsanlagen
  • Herstellung und Verarbeitung von Lebensmitteln nach vorgegebenen Rezepturen und Qualitätsstandards
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen
  • Einhaltung und Umsetzung von Hygiene-, Sicherheits- und Lebensmittelvorschriften (HACCP)
  • Wartung, Pflege und kleinere Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Maschinen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Produktionsabläufen

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Produktionsprozessen
  • Qualitäts- und Hygienebewusstsein sowie sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
