Das WIR wird bei TURM-Sahne großgeschrieben, denn hier sind WIR mehr als Milch und das Team mehr als nur Mitarbeiter eines Traditionsunternehmens aus Oldenburg. Viele unserer Innovationen kommen aus diesem Team und machen uns nicht ohne Grund zum Marktführer im Segment Kaffeesahne in Glasflaschen. WIR sind Spezialisten für die Herstellung und den Vertrieb sterilisierter (Milch-) Produkte und Entwickler der Idee, Glas als Verpackungsmaterial für diese Produkte zu verwenden. Dafür bewirb Dich als...

Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) für die Anmischung in Vollzeit, unbefristet Deine Hauptaufgaben sind:

  • Sicherstellung einer bedarfsgerechten Produktanmischung unter bestmöglichem Einsatz von Ressourcen
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Bereitstellung von Anmischprodukten
  • Annahme der Flüssigrohstoff inkl. Belegung und Organisation der Tankkapazitäten
  • Dein Profil:
  • Kenntnisse: hohes Maß an technischem Verständnis, Qualitäts- und Hygienebewusstsein, sowie hohe Lernbereitschaft
  • Ausbildung : erfolgreich abgeschlossene lebensmitteltechnische Ausbildung oder Vergleichbares wünschenswert
  • Selbständigkeit: Freude an selbstständiger, abwechslungsreicher Arbeit und Teamarbeit
  • Kommunikation und Aufgeschlossenheit: gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und eine hohe Eigenmotivation
  • 3-Schicht-Betrieb: Bereitschaft in drei Schichten zu arbeiten
  • Sprachen : gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
