  • Führung, Koordination und Weiterentwicklung des Montageteams
  • Planung und Steuerung der Montageeinsätze in ganz Österreich
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und qualitativ hochwertigen Projektabwicklung
  • Laufende Abstimmung mit Produktion, Service und Kunden
  • Verantwortung für Personal-, Material- und Fahrzeugeinsatz
  • Unterstützung und Kontrolle der Monteure auf Baustellen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Optimierung von Montageabläufen und Prozessen
  • Ansprechpartner für technische Fragen und Problemlösungen vor Ort
  • Dokumentation und Reporting laufender Projekte
  • Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Metalltechnik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Montagebereich, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Tore, Türen, Metallbau, Fassadenbau oder vergleichbaren Branchen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der fachlichen und personellen Führung von Teams
  • Fundierte Deutschkenntnisse
  • Versiert im Umgang mit MS-Office und Erfahrung mit SAP wünschenswert
  • Organisationstalent sowie selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Für diese Stelle ist lt. Kollektivvertrag ein Mindestbruttogehalt von € 3.415,01 monatlich vorgesehen. Das tatsächliche Gehalt richtet sich nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
