  • ·selbstständiges Rüsten, Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Fräsmaschinen
  • ·Fertigung von Einzelteilen und Großbauteilen nach technischen Zeichnungen
  • ·Programmieren und Optimieren von CNC-Programmen mit Heidenhain
  • ·Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Werkstücke
  • ·CAD-/CAM-Programmierung je nach Einsatzbereich
  • ·Arbeit im 2-Schichtbetrieb
  • Fachliche Anforderungen:
  • ·abgeschlossene Lehre/LAP als Zerspanungstechniker_in bzw. gleichwertige Fachausbildung
  • ·Berufserfahrung im CNC-Fräsen
  • ·sichere Heidenhain-Kenntnisse
  • ·Erfahrung in der Einzel- und Sonderfertigung
  • ·Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Großbauteilen
  • ·sicheres Lesen und Umsetzen technischer Zeichnungen
  • Von Vorteil:
  • ·Erfahrung mit CAD-/CAM-Programmierung
  • Persönliche Anforderungen:
  • Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig und weißt, dass es bei Einzel- und Großbauteilen auf Genauigkeit und sauberes Arbeiten ankommt.

Du gehst beim Rüsten, Programmieren und Fertigen konzentriert vor, erkennst Abweichungen und übernimmst Verantwortung für die Qualität deiner Werkstücke.

  • Wir bieten:
  • ·€ 2.948,85 brutto monatlich als kollektivvertragliches Mindestentgelt bei 38,5 Wochenstunden, exkl. Zulagen
