Aufgaben:

  • Führung aller Sicherheitsmitarbeiter in der aktuellen Schicht
  • Erstellung von Dienst- und Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Organisation und Koordination
  • Durchführung von Unterweisungen
  • operative Qualitätskontrolle
  • Berichtswesen (Kontrolle/Administration)
  • Überwachung und Bedingung technischer Einrichtungen
  • Steuerung der örtlichen Revier- und Interventionsdienste

Anforderungen:

  • Fachkraft für Schutz und Sicherheit (IHK)
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf Niveau B1
  • sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Führungs- und Sozialkompetenz
  • gute Umgangsformen/Erscheinungsbild
  • Verschwiegenheit und Zuverlässigkeit
