Wir suchen ab sofort mehrere Fachkräfte für Schutz- und Sicherheit (m/w/d) für NRW , zur Unterstützung unseres Teams im ÖPNV/SPV .

Startbahnhöfe sind: Hamm, Dortmund, Essen, Düsseldorf, Köln

So sieht dein Aufgabengebiet aus:

  • Melde- und Berichtswesen
  • Überwachung der Haus- und Benutzerordnung
  • Bestreifung der Züge nach Variantenplan
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Feuerwehr, Polizei und Rettungskräften im Bedarfsfall
  • Bedienung des Onlinewächterkontrollsystems
  • Reisendenlenkung
  • Auskünfte geben
  • Unterstützung der Kundenbetreuer

Das bringst du mit:

  • Zertifikat Fachkraft für Schutz- und Sicherheit (m/w/d)
  • bahntechnisch unterwiesene Person
  • Erste-Hilfe-Kurs
  • Brandschutzhelfer DGUV
  • Einsatzmittel zur Notwehr
  • Tarifkunde
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wochenenddienst
