Für eine junge Gastro-Kette suchen wir Dich für die Filiale in der Fußgängerzone in Velbert-Mitte . Hier wird orientalisches Street Food frisch zubereitet: Falafel, Shawarma, Hummus – alles ohne Zusatzstoffe und ohne Palmöl.

Als Fachkraft für Systemgastronomie (m/w/d) übernimmst Du die Leitung während Deiner Schicht. Dabei teilst Du das Team ein, behältst die Abläufe im Blick und bist vor Ort die Person, auf die sich die Betriebsleitung verlassen kann.

  • Wir bieten Dir
  • Festanstellung in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (20 bis 40 Stunden an 2 bis 5 Tagen pro Woche)
  • Gehalt 15,50 bis 17 Euro pro Stunde (je nach Erfahrung) plus Bonuszahlungen
  • Arbeitszeiten Montag bis Sonntag in der Frühschicht (10 bis 17 Uhr) oder Spätschicht (16 bis 22 Uhr)
  • Kostenloses Essen und Getränke
  • Ein cooles Team und eine lockere Arbeitsatmosphäre

  • Du sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe in Deiner Schicht
  • Du führst ein kleines Team von 6 bis 7 Mitarbeitern
  • Du behältst die Abläufe in der Küche und im Service im Blick
  • Du stellst sicher, dass jede Bestellung frisch und pünktlich rausgeht
  • Du sorgst für einen funktionierenden Laden und zufriedene Gäste
  • Du bist der Ansprechpartner vor Ort für die Betriebsleitung
  • Das ist Dein Profil
  • Du hast eine Ausbildung in der Gastronomie, z.B. als Fachmann/-frau für Systemgastronomie, Fachkraft für Gastronomie, Fachmann/-frau für Restaurants und Veranstaltungsgastronomie oder Restaurantfachmann/-frau
  • Idealerweise hast Du erste Erfahrung als Schichtleiter/in, Teamleiter/in oder Shift Leader in der Gastronomie
  • Du hast Spaß daran, Gäste glücklich zu machen
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
