## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung bestehender Kunden und Bearbeitung eingehender Anfragen
  • Aktive Ansprache und Gewinnung neuer Kunden
  • Erstellung, Nachverfolgung und Verwaltung von Angeboten
  • Kaufmännische und organisatorische Bearbeitung technischer Anfragen in Abstimmung mit unserer technischen Beratung
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen vom Auftragseingang bis zur Auslieferung
  • Erstellung von Auftragsbestätigungen, Lieferpapieren und weiteren Auftragsdokumenten
  • Terminüberwachung und Disposition der bestellten Ware
  • Kommunikation mit internationalen Lieferanten und Fertigungswerken, überwiegend in englischer Sprache
  • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Bestellungen
  • Kaufmännische Unterstützung bei Kunden- und Entwicklungsprojekten
  • Pflege von Kunden-, Artikel- und Auftragsdaten im Warenwirtschaftssystem

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, beispielsweise im Industrie-, Groß- und Außenhandels- oder Büromanagement, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Einkauf oder in der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Interesse an technischen Produkten und die Bereitschaft, sich in das Thema Wälzlager einzuarbeiten
  • Erfahrung in der Wälzlagerbranche oder im technischen Handel ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse und praxistaugliche Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Office-Programmen und möglichst Erfahrung mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen
  • Freundliches und verbindliches Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an Kundenkontakt, Teamarbeit und aktiver Vertriebsarbeit
