Aufgabenbereiche

  • Umsetzung von Unterstützungs- und Assistenzleistungen unserer NutzerInnen im Rahmen der im Hilfeplanungsprozess festgeschriebenen Fachleistungsstunden
  • Anwendung vielfältiger pädagogischer Methoden, die die Fähigkeiten unserer NutzerInnen in der alltäglichen Lebensführung und in ihren sozialen Kompetenzen stärken
  • Unterstützung und Beratung unserer NutzerInnen in Krisensituationen
  • BezugsbetreuerIn für einzelne NutzerInnen
  • Netzwerkarbeit mit internen und externen Fachkräften und Partnern, u.a. Angehörigen und Betreuern
  • Verantwortung für Dokumentation der erbrachten Leistungen und das Berichtswesen

Sie verfügen über

  • ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Selbstorganisation
  • wertschätzende und ressourcenorientierte Grundhaltung
  • authentischer, empathischer und respektvoller Umgang mit unseren NutzerInnen
  • Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B (PKW) wünschenswert, anwendungsbereite PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)
