Ihre Aufgaben

  • Wartung, Service und Instandhaltung von Heizungs-, Klima-, Lüftungs- und Sanitäranlagen
  • Durchführung von Störungsbehebungen und Reparaturen
  • Fehleranalyse sowie eigenständige Lösungsfindung vor Ort
  • Inbetriebnahme und Funktionskontrolle technischer Anlagen
  • Erstellung von Service- und Wartungsberichten
  • Kundenbetreuung und technische Beratung vor Ort
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Anlagenbetriebs

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich HKLS, Gebäudetechnik oder Installations- und Gebäudetechnik
  • Berufserfahrung als Servicetechniker_in von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches und kundenorientiertes Auftreten
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
