  • Du nimmst unsere Wärmepumpen professionell in Betrieb und sorgst für einen rundum stabilen Betrieb sowie zufriedene Kunden
  • Störungen bearbeitest du strukturiert, findest die Ursache und behebst sie eigenständig
  • Mit Wartung und Reparaturen hältst du unsere Anlagen zuverlässig und effizient am Laufen
  • Zuvorkommend und serviceorientiert berätst du unsere Kunden und zeigst ihnen, wie sie den maximalen Komfort und höchste Effizienz aus ihrer Anlage herausholen
  • Du erklärst praxisnah und verständlich die Funktionen der Anlage und unterstützt Kunden persönlich bei der optimalen Nutzung im Alltag
  • Durch dein freundliches Auftreten und deine lösungsorientierte Kommunikation sorgst du für ein positives Kundenerlebnis und langfristige Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Was du mitbringst:
  • Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (idealerweise im Bereich Kälte-, Elektro-, HKLS-Technik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss. Wichtiger sind uns Motivation, Lernbereitschaft und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden
  • Ein solides technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, technische Zusammenhänge schnell zu erfassen und verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Ein freundliches serviceorientiertes Auftreten und Freude daran, Kunden kompetent zu beraten
  • Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Motivation sowie ein professioneller Umgang mit Kunden
  • Führerschein B
  • Reisebereitschaft im Einsatzgebiet und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
