Deine Aufgaben:

  • Menschen im Alltag begleiten und unterstützen
  • Selbstbestimmung und soziale Teilhabe fördern
  • Assistenz zur Erreichung selbstgesetzter Ziele in bspw. Haushaltsführung, Freizeit, Umgang mit Ämter und Behörden
  • Individuelle Förderung und Dokumentation
  • Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit Angehörigen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Eine Ausbildung im Bereich der Heilerziehungspflege, Altenpflege, Ergotherapie oder vergleichbares
  • Empathie, Geduld und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
  • Wertschätzende und respektvolle Grundhaltung
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst und zur Wahrnehmung von Rufbereitschaft
  • Führerschein Klasse B

Das ist uns wichtig:

Wir als diakonischer Träger orientieren uns an einem christlichen Menschenbild.

Eine Kirchenzugehörigkeit ist willkommen, aber keine Voraussetzung.

Erfahrung in der Behindertenhilfe ist hilfreich, aber keine Voraussetzung- wir arbeiten dich ein.
