Für unsere Werkstatt (Berufsorientierung) suchen wir eine engagierte Fachkraft im Bereich Handel/Logistik (m/w/d) , die Jugendliche praxisnah an kreative und handwerkliche Tätigkeiten heranführt..

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Praktische Anleitung von Jugendlichen im Berufsfeld Handel und Logistik
  • Vermittlung grundlegender kaufmännischer Kenntnisse (z.B. Bereich Warenwirtschaft und Bestellwesen)
  • Vermittlung praktischer Kenntnisse in der Warenannahme, Lagerung, Kommissionierung und im Versand
  • Anleitung bei der Warenpflege, Bestandskontrolle und Sortierung von Waren
  • Planung, Organisation und Begleitung praktischer Arbeitsabläufe
  • Sensibilisierung für die Einhaltung von Ordnung, Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Förderung von Teamfähigkeit und Selbstständigkeit

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Eine Ausbildung oder praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Handel, Lagerlogistik oder einem vergleichbaren Berufsfeld
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Pädagogische Vorkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich

  • Geregelte Arbeitszeiten Montag bis Freitag, ca. 08:00 bis 15:00 Uhr (4-5 Tage pro Woche)
