Die Gemeinnützige PARITÄTISCHE Altenhilfe GmbH Nordbayern ist eine Tochtergesellschaft des Landesverbandes Bayern und stellt mit dem „Haus am Rosepark“ in Bayreuth stationäre Wohn-, Pflege- und Betreuungsangebote für 147 Pflegeplätze mit den Pflegegraden 2 bis 5 zur Verfügung.

Pflegefachkraft als Dauernachtwache (m/w/d)

in Voll- oder Teilzeit

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • zielorientiertes und motivierendes Leiten der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter
  • Einfühlsamkeit und Wertschätzung gegenüber unseren Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern sowie der vertrauensvolle Dialog mit diesen und deren Angehörigen
