Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Termin eine:

#### Fachkraft / Industriemechaniker (m/w/d)

#### für den Bereich Umform- und Verbindungstechnik

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören u.a.:

  • Rüsten, Bedienen und Überwachen von Maschinen und Anlagen in unserem Produktionsbereich Umform- und Verbindungstechnik
  • Programmieren und evtl. Störungsbeseitigung von Roboteranlagen
  • Einlegearbeiten an mechanischen und hydraulischen Ziehpressen
  • Durchführen der Produktfertigung, -prüfung mit prozessüblichen Prüfmitteln gemäß Laufkarte inkl. der Dokumentation
  • Durchführen von Produktionsanfangs- und die Werkerselbstprüfung inkl. der Dokumentation
  • Ausführen von vorgegebenen Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten
  • Kontrollieren der sicheren Einrichtung des Arbeitsplatzes und Gewährleisten der sicheren Umsetzung der im QM-Handbuch beschriebenen Prozesse und Verfahrensanweisungen
  • Mitwirken bei der Umsetzung und Einhaltung von Maßnahmen zur Arbeitssicherheit, sowie auch bei der Ursachenanalyse bei Ablaufstörungen sowie deren Behebung
  • Qualitätsüberwachung der gefertigten Teile, ggf. Sperrung fehlerhafter Teile
  • Unterweisen und Anlernen von Mitarbeitern, Auszubildenden, Zeitarbeitnehmern

Als fachliche Eignung bringen Sie mit:

  • · Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene mind. 3jährige technische Ausbildung im Bereich Metall
  • · Vorteilhaft sind Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Ziehpressen
  • · PPS-Kenntnisse
