  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Umsetzung des Bildungs- und Erziehungsplans in Baden-Württemberg
  • Mitgestaltung der Einrichtungskonzeption
  • Planung und Durchführung pädagogischer Aktivitäten
  • Begleitung der Kinder bei Übergängen
  • Wahrnehmung des Schutzauftrags gemäß § 8a und § 47 SGB VIII/KJSG
  • Förderung einer partnerschaftlichen Erziehung mit Familienbezug
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation gemäß § 7 KitaG
  • Wertschätzender Umgang mit Kindern und Eltern
  • Teamfähigkeit und Weiterentwicklungsbereitschaft
  • Leidenschaft für den Beruf
