Deine Aufgaben:

  • Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung von 200 Mitarbeiter/innen
  • Sicherstellung der Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Zusammenarbeit mit div. Abteilungen wie Qualitätssicherung, Logistik und Entwicklung
  • Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse

Das bringst du mit:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelproduktion
  • Kenntnisse in QM und Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit

Mindestgehalt:

Für diese Position beträgt das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt € 46.200,- brutto jährlich (Vollzeitbasis), Überzahlung je nach konkreter Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich.
