Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du koordinierst die täglichen Arbeitsabläufe, planst die Aufgaben im Team und arbeitest bei Bedarf im Reinraum aktiv mit.
  • Du achtest darauf, dass alle Vorgaben (Qualitäts- , Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards) eingehalten werden, führst einfache Prozesskontrollen durch und dokumentierst diese.
  • Du bedienst und überwachst unsere modernen Produktionsanlagen und behebst kleinere Störungen selbstständig. Du erfasst außerdem Materialverbrauch und meldest Besonderheiten weiter.
  • Du hältst relevante Produktionsschritte schriftlich fest und übergibst alle wichtigen Informationen an die nächste Schicht
  • Du hilfst neuen Kolleg_innen beim Start, unterstützt bei Schulungen und bringst Ideen zur Verbesserung unserer Abläufe ein.

Dein Profil:

  • Erste Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Ein gutes Verständnis für Hygiene und Sauberkeit ( Berufserfahrung aus der Lebensmittelindustrie, Reinigungsmittelproduktion, Schlachtbetrieben o. ä.)
  • Lernbereitschaft und Interesse, dich in Themen wie Reinraumarbeit, Qualitätssicherung und Produktionsstandards einzuarbeiten.
  • Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und ein Team zu führen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.

Das Mindestentgelt wird ab € 39.000,- brutto pro Jahr berechnet. Je nach Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation wird eine entsprechende Überzahlung angeboten.
