Deine Mission

  • Umsetzung des Produktionsplans und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Stückzahlen, Materialverbräuchen und Produktqualität
  • Überwachung der Produktion gemäß Spezifikationen, Verfahrens- und Arbeitsanweisungen sowie Wirtschaftlichkeitsvorgaben
  • Kontrolle des Rohwareneinsatzes in der Beleglinie und Verpackung
  • Rohwarenmanagement in enger Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Vorarbeitern
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Spezifikationen und deren Umsetzung
  • Kontrolle der Codierungen in der Verpackung
  • Überwachung des HF-Warenbestandes in der TK-Zelle
  • Personaleinsatzsteuerung und Schulung der Mitarbeiter an der Beleglinie und Verpackung
  • Einhaltung der hygienischen Vorschriften für Personal, Einrichtungen und Betriebshallen
  • Überwachung der Kerntemperaturen der HF- und Fertigware
  • Management und Optimierung der Rüstzeiten

Deine Erfolgszutaten

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Lebensmitteltechniker_in, Bäcker-, Konditor-, Koch- oder Fleischermeister_in
  • Positive Ausstrahlung und Fähigkeit, mit Herausforderungen umzugehen
  • Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Organisation und Koordination sowie an der Förderung von Mitarbeiterentwicklung
  • Bereitschaft zur persönlichen Weiterentwicklung und Weiterbildung
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
