Deine Aufgaben

  • Führen der Schicht: Du koordinierst die täglichen Arbeitsabläufe, planst die Aufgaben im Team und arbeitest bei Bedarf im Reinraum aktiv mit.
  • Sicherstellen von Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards: Du achtest darauf, dass alle Vorgaben eingehalten werden, führst einfache Prozesskontrollen durch und dokumentierst diese.
  • Arbeiten an modernen Produktionsanlagen: Du bedienst und überwachst unsere Anlagen und behebst kleinere Störungen selbstständig. Du erfasst außerdem Materialverbrauch und meldest Besonderheiten weiter.
  • Sorgfältige Dokumentation & Schichtübergabe: Du hältst relevante Produktionsschritte schriftlich fest und übergibst alle wichtigen Informationen an die nächste Schicht (Du wirst in alle relevanten Dokumentations- und Qualitätsprozesse eingearbeitet).
  • Einarbeitung & Unterstützung des Teams: Du hilfst neuen Kolleg:innen beim Start, unterstützt bei Schulungen und bringst Ideen zur Verbesserung unserer Abläufe ein.

Du bringst mit

  • Erste Führungserfahrung, z. B. als Teamleiter:in oder in der verantwortlichen Mitarbeit im Schichtbetrieb.
  • Ein gutes Grundverständnis für Hygiene und Sauberkeit - z. B. aus der Lebensmittelindustrie, Reinigungsmittelproduktion, Schlachtbetrieben, Arztpraxen o. ä.
  • Lernbereitschaft und Interesse, dich in Themen wie Reinraumarbeit, Qualitätssicherung und Produktionsstandards einzuarbeiten.
  • Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und ein Team zu führen.
  • Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse; grundlegende Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
