Aufgaben

  • Bedienung, Überwachung und Steuerung verschiedener Aggregate entlang der Produktionslinie
  • Durchführung von Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitskontrollen gemäß interner Vorgaben
  • Optimierung von Produktionsabläufen sowie Behebung von Störungen im laufenden Betrieb
  • Umstell-, Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsprozesses
  • Führung von Produktionsaufzeichnungen und aktiver Beitrag zu einem respektvollen Betriebsklima

Profil

  • Ausbildung - Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Lebensmittelbranche oder einem technischen Lehrberuf
  • Fachkenntnisse - Berufserfahrung in der industriellen Produktion, gute EDV-Kenntnisse und technisches Verständnis
  • Persönliche Stärken - Verlässlicher, flexibler Teamplayer mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Zusätzlich bringst du mit - Schichtbereitschaft, Deutschkenntnisse mind. B-Niveau, Führerschein B und eigener PKW, Staplerschein von Vorteil
