Wen suchen wir?
Eine höhere technische Ausbildung (HTL, Bachelor im Bereich Logistik) oder mindestens 3 Jahre adäquate Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain mit abgeschlossenem Lehrberuf
Zollerfahrung und eine Gefahrgutausbildung sind von Vorteil
Vertraut mit Supply Chain Prozessen, insbesondere der Auftragsabwicklung, und mit Themen der Zollverwaltung
Kundenorientierte und flexible Arbeitsweise
Stressresistent und hohes Bewusstsein für Sicherheit und Qualität sowie
Sehr gute Englisch- und kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Was erwarten wir?
Verantwortung für den Versand von Fertigwaren, Mustern, Rohstoffen, Nebenprodukten und ByProducts, einschließlich Warenausgang, Wareneingang, CMR und Bahn
Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Administration verschiedener Zollthemen, einschließlich Dokumentation und Schriftverkehr mit den zuständigen Behörden
Troubleshooting für alle im Dispatch verwendeten IT-Systeme und Sicherstellung ihrer Leistungsfähigkeit
Verantwortung für das Datenmanagement, Aufbereitung und Analyse relevanter Prozessdaten sowie Erstellung des monatlichen Reports
Koordination der operativen Abwicklung von Gefahrguttransporten und Eingangskontrollen

Für diese Position ist ein Bruttojahresgehalt von mind. EUR 47 532,24 vorgesehen. Abhängig von Ihren Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
