Aufgaben

  • Warenannahme (inkl. Entladung von LKWs), sowie deren Mengenerfassung und Buchungen im ERP-System
  • Erfassung und Rückmeldung der täglichen Produktionsmengen aller produzierenden Abteilungen
  • Verwaltung von Lohnarbeiten: Auftragserfassung, Rückmeldung, Erstellung von Lieferscheinen
  • Kontrolle und Korrektur fehlerhafter Warenbewegungen/Lagerstände
  • Mitarbeit bei der Jahresinventur

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bürokauffrau/-mann oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in SAP
  • Staplerführerschein wäre wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit der deutschen Sprache
  • Kommunikativer Teamplayer
