„Housing First“ bietet langjährig wohnungslosen Menschen mit komplexen psychischen Problemen und Suchterkrankungen einen Zugang zu gesichertem Wohnraum ohne Vorbedingungen. Entkoppelt vom Mietverhältnis wird begleitend Unterstützung durch ein multiprofessionelles Team angeboten. HF arbeitet ressourcenorientiert, den subjektiven Bedürfnissen und Perspektiven des Einzelnen wird eine hohe Bedeutung zugewiesen. Das Programm Housing First Berlin“ (HFB) wird in einer Trägerkooperation durchgeführt.Die Trägerkooperation von Berliner Stadtmission und Neue Chance gGmbH sucht für Housing First Berlin zum schnellstmöglichen Zeitpunkt
eine Fachkraft der Sozialen Arbeit
Mitwirkung bei der Weitereinwicklung des Konzeptes und dessen Umsetzung
Mitwirkung im Aufnahmeverfahren
Umsetzung des laufenden flexiblen Unterstützungsangebotes
Übernahme von Fallverantwortung
Mitwirkung der Vernetzungs- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit

ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialen Arbeit bzw. eine analoge Qualifikation
praktische Erfahrungen in der Berliner Wohnungslosenhilfe
fundierte Kenntnisse des Hilfeansatzes Housing First
ein passendes Methodenrepertoire für die Anforderungen des Ansatzes
ein hohes Maß an Fachlichkeit, Empathie, Teamfähigkeit und Engagement

Anstellung bei der Neue Chance gGmbH oder der Berliner Stadtmission
Vergütung analog VG 9 gem. AVR DWBO oder TV-EKBO
zusätzliche Altersversorgung
eine bedeutsame und interessante Aufgabe mit vielfältigen Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten
Fortbildung und regelmäßige Supervision
Stellenumfang von voraussichtlich 75 % der Regelarbeitszeit
zwei Bürostandorte (Wedding und Friedrichshain)
