Als Fachkraft (m/w/d) Foreign Object-Responsible sorgst du dafür, dass im Arbeitsbereich alles sauber, sicher und ordentlich bleibt. In dieser Rolle behältst du den Überblick, erkennst Fremdkörper-Risiken früh und trägst aktiv zu reibungslosen Abläufen bei.

  • das Anbringen und Entfernen von Kabelschutzsystemen an Kabelbündeln in der Hubschrauberzelle
  • das Durchführen von Foreign-Object-Checks (FO-Checks) sowie Reinigungsarbeiten
  • das Sortieren und Einlagern von Kabelschutzsystemen
  • die Kontrolle von Fertigungs- und Qualitätsdokumentationen auf Vollständigkeit
  • das Vorbereiten und die Übergabe des Hubschraubers an nachgelagerte Fertigungsbereiche
  • das Vorbereiten von Hubschraubern für die Final Assembly Line (FAL) oder den Versand
  • das Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Prozessstandards in der Luftfahrtproduktion

#### VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:

Für diese Aufgabe passt du gut, wenn du zuverlässig arbeitest, aufmerksam bist und gerne Verantwortung im Arbeitsumfeld übernimmst:

  • eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im gewerblich-technischen, metallverarbeitenden oder elektrotechnischen Bereich
  • erste Erfahrung im Produktions-, Montage- oder Fertigungsumfeld von Vorteil
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit nach Luftfahrtstandards und Qualitätsvorgaben
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh + Spät)
