Wir suchen Sie für unser Zentrum für Integration und Berufsbildung der EuWeCo am Standort in Gerolstein zum schnellstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit (38,5 Std./Woche).

Sie verfügen idealerweise über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Sozial-)Pädagogik. Alternativ haben Sie eine Ausbildung mit anschließender Fachschulausbildung (Techniker, Fachwirt oder Meister) erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bringen bereits pädagogische Erfahrung mit.

Sie unterstützen Jugendliche und Erwachsene mit besonderem Förderbedarf in ihrer beruflichen Qualifizierung. Darüber hinaus begleiten Sie sie beim Übergang in eine sozialversicherungspflichtige Beschäftigung. Ihre Aufgaben beinhalten Stützunterricht, individuelles Job-Coaching und die Betreuung im Betrieb.
