Wir sind eine anerkannte Werkstatt für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung und beschäftigen derzeit in unseren fünf Betriebsstätten inkl. der Tochtergesellschaften Polytec Integrative gGmbH sowie Blindenwerk Polytec gGmbH über 1000 Menschen mit und ohne Beeinträchtigung.

Für unsere Betriebsstätte Kastellaun ist zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt folgende Stelle zu besetzen:

  • Fachkraft (m/w/d)
  • im Bereich Erwachsenenbildung
  • Es handelt sich um eine Teilzeitstelle mit einem Stellenumfang von 79,49% (31,0 Stunden/Woche).
  • Die Stelle ist zunächst auf zwei Jahre befristet.
  • Die Vergütung erfolgt nach dem Tarifvertrag des öffentliches Dienstes (TVöD VKA) in die Entgeltgruppe E8.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Dokumentation zielgruppenorientierter und arbeitsbegleitender interner und externer Angebote,
  • Koordination und Fortschreibung der Angebote,
  • Mitarbeit und Erstellung des Bildungskatalogs,
  • Kooperation mit anderen Bildungsträgern.

Was bringen Sie mit?

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Fachkraftausbildung mit pädagogischem Schwerpunkt,
  • Berufserfahrung in der Eingliederungshilfe ist wünschenswert,
  • methodisch-didaktisches Kompetenzen und Organisationstalent,
  • Führerschein der Klasse B,
  • hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, eine eigeständige Arbeitsweise, Einfühlungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit.
