Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit mindestens 3-jähriger Dauer im geforderten Beruf
  • selbstständiges, strukturiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • gute PC-Grundkenntnisse

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Begleitung und Unterstützung der Leistungsberechtigten in der Nacht (21:45 – 6:15/7:15 Uhr)
  • pflegerische Versorgung der Leistungsberechtigten
  • Unterstützung der Leistungsberechtigten bei der Zubettgehsituation
  • Organisation und Koordination von externen Hilfen in Notfällen
  • Durchführung der EDV-gestützten Dokumentation
