Wir suchen Fachkräfte (m/w/d) für eine intensivpädagogische Betreuung für 6 Kindern und Jugendlichen ab 10 Jahren. Wir begleiten diese in eine positive Zukunft mit Perspektiven zur schulischen, beruflichen und gesellschaftlichen Integration.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • -Wertschätzende Begleitung im Alltag
  • -Bezugsbetreuung
  • -Sozial-emotionale Förderung; schulische / berufliche Förderung
  • -Freizeitgestaltung
  • -Hilfeplanung
  • -Ressourcenorientiere Elternarbeit
  • -Kooperation im Helfersystem

Das bringst DU mit:

  • -Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialpädagogik / Sozialen Arbeit mit dem Studienabschluss Diplom, Master, Bachelor
  • oder
  • -Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur staatlich anerkannten Erzieher/in
  • oder
  • -vergleichbare pädagogische Ausbildung
  • -Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Engagement bei der Betreuung der jungen Menschen
  • -Pädagogisches Fachwissen, Methodenkompetenz
  • -Bereitschaft zu Schichtdiensten (nachts / sonn- und feiertags)
  • -Organisations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit
  • -Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • -Führerschein B und Fahrpraxis
