## Unterstütze unser Palliativteam im Hospiz Brandenburg als Pflegefachkraft!

Wir haben das Ziel, Menschen am Ende ihres Lebens beizustehen, damit sie den letzten Abschnitt ihres Weges würdevoll und möglichst angenehm erleben können. Um eine 24-stündige Betreuung und Versorgung im [Hospiz Brandenburg](https://www.jedermann-gruppe.de/hospiz/) zu gewährleisten, arbeiten wir im Schichtsystem.

## Deine Qualifikation

Für die ausgeschriebene Stelle benötigst du ein Pflegeexamen. Weiterhin sind Erfahrungen in der Palliativpflege oder eine Palliative Care Ausbildung wünschenswert, du wirst jedoch individuell und ausführlich in deinen neuen Job eingearbeitet.

Du benötigst eins der folgenden Pflegeexamen:

  • exam. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in
  • exam. Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankenpfleger/in
  • exam. Altenpfleger/in
  • exam. Krankenschwester
  • Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann
