## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gemeinsames Gestalten eines neuen Zuhauses für Bewohner*innen in einer neuen modernen Wohnform
  • Pädagogische und pflegerische Begleitung von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen
  • Pädagogisches Arbeiten nach dem Konzept von Willem Kleine Schaars (WKS)
  • Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team sowie mit Angehörigen, Betreuer*innen und Fachdiensten
  • Dokumentation und Umsetzung der individuellen Hilfe- bzw. Förderpläne
  • Selbstständiges, organisiertes und fachliches Arbeiten
  • Einbringen von Ideen und Kreativität zur Ausgestaltung der Tages- und Freizeitgestaltung im neuen Wohnheim

## Ihr Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als pädagogische- oder pflegerische Fachkraft (Heilerziehungspfleger*in, Erzieher*in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in, Altenpfleger*in, med. Fachangestellte*r oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen mit teilweise erhöhtem Assistenzbedarf
  • Wertschätzendes, offenes Menschenbild
  • Teamgeist und flexible Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zum 2-Schicht System
  • Idealerweise Führerschein der Klasse B
