  • Zusägen von Rundmaterial (z.B. Kolbenstangen, Zylinderrohre, etc.)
  • Mechanische Bearbeitung von Bauteilen und Rohmaterialien für Hydraulikzylinder durch Bohren, Fräsen und Schleifen
  • Fachgerechter Zusammenbau und die Zerlegung von Hydraulikzylindern nach technischen Zeichnungen.
  • Qualitätsprüfung und Maßkontrolle der bearbeiteten Zylinderkomponenten (z. B. Kolbenstangen, Zylinderrohre)
  • Pflege und Reinigung der Arbeitsmittel und Produktionswerkzeuge
  • Sie überzeugen durch.
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Metalltechnik (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Industriemechaniker (m/w/d))
  • praktische Erfahrung in der Metallbearbeitung
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Hydraulik und Montage von Vorteil
  • Gute Gründe für NOLD.
