Die Bültmann-Gruppe. Das sind vier Unternehmen mit rund 250 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern an zwei Standorten. In Sundern sind die BKB Profiltechnik GmbH und die Springob Profil GmbH ansässig. In Leichlingen haben die Kronenberg Profil GmbH und die Bertrams Profil GmbH ihren Sitz.

Das ist geballte Kompetenz im Bereich der Profiltechnik. Insgesamt 35.000 m² Produktions- und Lagerfläche sowie 32 moderne Profilieranlagen mit vielfältigen Bearbeitungs­möglichkeiten. Beide Standorte verfügen über eine interne Entwicklung/Konstruktion und einen eigenen Werkzeugbau.

IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Rüsten und Einrichten der Walz-/ Rollprofilieranlagen
  • Bedienung komplexer Fertigungsanlagen mit integrierter Bearbeitung
  • Überwachung der Produktionsprozesse
  • Qualitätskontrollen innerhalb der laufenden Fertigung
  • Mitwirkung bei Prozessoptimierungen

IHR PROFIL:

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung zum Maschinen- und Anlagenführer oder ähnlich
  • Erfahrung in der Blechumformung und Bedienung komplexer Anlagen
  • Kenntnisse in der Rüstzeitoptimierung wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (2-Schicht)
  • hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sorgfältigkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
