Wir sind der Haus- & Gartenservice Thiel , ein inhabergefĂŒhrtes Unternehmen aus Eickendorf. Unser Fokus liegt auf der hochwertigen Betreuung von Privatkunden und Wohnungsbaugenossenschaften. Wir stehen fĂŒr VerlĂ€sslichkeit, Langlebigkeit unserer Arbeit und ein faires Miteinander im Team.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • MĂ€rz bis September: Pflasterarbeiten (Terrassen, Wege, Einfahrten), Zaunanlagen und SichtschutzwĂ€nden, Neu- und Umgestaltung von Außenanlagen. Bedienen von Minibaggern und Radladern.
  • Oktober bis Februar (Hauptfokus Winter): Aktive Mitarbeit in der Baumpflege (BĂ€ume fĂ€llen, Hecken, Gehölze und ObstbĂ€ume schneiden), Aufarbeitung von Holz, Logistik und BerĂ€umung der Baustellen.

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Ausbildung im GaLaBau, Straßenbau, Tiefbau oder langjĂ€hrige praktische Baustellenerfahrung.
  • FĂŒhrerschein der Klasse B ist zwingende Voraussetzung (Klasse BE/AnhĂ€nger ist ein starker Vorteil).
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und Offenheit fĂŒr die winterliche Baumpflege.

🎁 DAS BIETEN WIR UNSEREN MITARBEITERN:

  • Attraktiver Lohn: Ein Stundenlohn von 17,00 € bis 19,00 € brutto (je nach Erfahrung).
  • Volle Sicherheit: Eine unbefristete Festanstellung mit garantierten 170 Monatsstunden (kein Winterausfall!) .
  • Zusatzleistungen: Jeden Monat 150,00 € Anwesenheitsbonus (brutto) bei voller ZuverlĂ€ssigkeit obendrauf.
  • Arbeitszeiten: Jedes Wochenende frei, freitags bereits ab 14:30 Uhr Feierabend . Keine Montage – reine RegionaleinsĂ€tze (jeden Tag pĂŒnktlich zu Hause).
  • Fahrzeit ist Arbeitszeit: RĂŒst- und Fahrzeiten ab unserem Betriebshof in Eickendorf gelten als voll bezahlte Arbeitszeit.
  • Ausstattung: Kostenlose Profi-Arbeitskleidung inklusive hauseigenem Reinigungsservice sowie ein modernes Firmenhandy (auch zur privaten Nutzung).
