  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Prozessplanung Du verantwortest die Ausarbeitung der Prozessvorausplanung (FMEA, PAP, PLP).
  • Zentrale Beratung Als erste Ansprechperson für QMS-Fragen unterstützt du unsere Werke in Deutschland und der Slowakei.
  • Compliance Du prüfst regelmäßig (inter-)nationale Normen sowie Werksnormen und stellst deren Einhaltung sicher.
  • Monitoring & Kommunikation Du überwachst die Qualitätsleistung und berichtest transparent an Belegschaft und Geschäftsführung.
  • Audit-Management Du planst und begleitest interne sowie externe Audits mit deiner Expertise.
  • Schnittstellenarbeit  Du unterstützt bei Vertragsprüfungen, Bemusterungen und Freigabeprozessen und arbeitest aktiv am Management Review mit.
  • Das bringst du mit
  • Fundierte Basis Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Werkstoff- und Wärmebehandlungstechnik.
  • Normensicherheit  Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den Regelwerken ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 und CQI-9.
  • Methodenkompetenz  Die gängigen Q-Werkzeuge (8D-Report, Ishikawa, 5-Why) wendest du routiniert an.
  • Teamgeist  Du schätzt kollegiale Zusammenarbeit und verstehst dich als Bindeglied zwischen den Abteilungen.
  • Entwicklungswille  Du hast eine hohe Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Fortbildung in qualitätsrelevanten Themen.
  • Analytischer Blick Die Planung, Durchführung und Bewertung unserer Audits liegt bei dir in fähigen Händen.
