Unsere Voraussetzungen sind:

  • eine abgeschlossene psychosoziale Ausbildung
  • idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Wohnungslosenhilfe
  • Bereitschaft im Umgang mit sozialen Randgruppen
  • Konfliktfähigkeit im Umgang mit Klient_innen
  • Kooperations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft

Unsere Leistungen sind:

  • Bezahlung entsprechend Kollektivvertrag SWÖ 8 plus SEG (Mindestgehalt Brutto 3.596,17 € bei Vollzeit, abhängig von den Vordienstzeiten)

  • Fortbildung und Supervision
