Das Diakonie-Zentrum Frielendorf gGmbH ist ein Wohn- und Dienstleistungszentrum für die Altenhilfe im Schwalm-Eder-Kreis, welches Tradition und Innovation unter dem Aspekt christlicher Werte vereint. In unserem Haus im Luftkurort Frielendorf bieten wir neben der stationären Altenpflege und Kurzzeitpflege auch die Möglichkeit zum Betreutes Wohnen. Zudem ist unser Ambulanter Pflegedienst ansässig.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als

# Fachkraft in der sozialen Betreuung/ Ergotherapeut/in (m/w/d) in Teilzeit

## Ihre Aufgaben:

Sie erarbeiten eigenständig Konzepte für gezielte Einzel- und Gruppentherapien
Sie planen aktivierende Unterhaltungsangebote und führen diese durch
Sie führen Teamgespräche und leiten die Betreuungskräfte sowie die Mitarbeitenden der sozialen Betreuung an
Sie kommunizieren mit Angehörigen, Betreuern und sonstigen unseren Bewohnenden nahestehenden Personen
Sie beteiligen sich an der Pflegedokumentation

## Das wünschen wir uns:

Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium der Physiotherapie, Ergotherapie, Heilerziehungspflege oder sind Pflegefachkraft (auch Altenpfleger*in*, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in*)
Sie haben idealerweise relevante berufliche Erfahrung
Sie sind geduldig und herzlich
Sie sind emphatisch und haben ein Gespür für das Bedürfnis unserer Bewohnenden
Einen wertschätzenden und respektvollen Umgang
