DEIN EINSATZ

  • Konzeption, Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Aktivitäten in Gruppen- und Einzelbetreuung
  • Verantwortung der Tagesstrukturierung
  • Steuerung des Integrationsprozesses
  • Führen der Betreuungsdokumentation
  • Fest-, Feiertagsgestaltung und Mitwirkung bei religiösen Angeboten
  • Angehörigenarbeit, Unterstützung des Bewohnerbeirats und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Kooperationspartnern

DEIN PROFIL

  • Ausbildung zum/zur Altentherapeut\*in bzw. Ergotherapeut\*in oder Vergleichbares, alternativ Abschluss als Sozialarbeiter\*in oder Sozialpädagog\*in
  • idealerweise Berufserfahrung im stationären Setting
  • sozial motivierte Persönlichkeit mit Empathie und Serviceorientierung
  • Kreativität und Engagement
  • christliche Werte wie Nächstenliebe, Toleranz und Wertschätzung
