Der Evangelische Kindergartenverein Alsdorf e.V sucht für das Familienzentrum eva Alsdorf-Mitte zum nächst Möglichen Zeitpunkt eine Fachkraft gemäß Personalverordnung NRW („Positiv-Liste“) für den Gruppendienst im Umfang von 39 Stunden/Woche. Die Stelle ist zunächst befristet bis zum 31.07.2028

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Pädagogische Arbeit mit Kindern im Alter von zwei bis sechs Jahren
  • Förderung von Kindern mit erhöhtem Förderbedarf
  • Beobachtung und Dokumentation der frühkindlichen Entwicklung
  • Alltagsintegrierte Sprachförderung
  • Durchführung von Projekten und Angeboten
  • Elternarbeit

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung gemäß Personalverordnung NRW („Positiv-Liste“), z.B. staatl. Anerkannt. Erzieher/in, Heilerziehungspfleger/in, Heilpädagoge/in
  • Erfahrung in der interkulturellen Arbeit
  • Erfahrung in der inklusiven Arbeit
  • Teamfähigkeit, Engagement, Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern
