Der Arbeitgeber Tätige Gemeinschaft e.V. in Bad Liebenwerda sucht für den sofortigen Einsatz für alle seine Einrichtungen in Bad Liebenwerda eine Fachkraft Wohnbereichsleitung (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • eigenverantwortliche Planung von Pflege- und Betreuungsaufgaben
  • Erarbeitung, Führung und Kontrolle der Pflegedokumentation
  • Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohner/innen
  • Einarbeitung und Anleitung von Pflegehelfer/innen und neuen Mitarbeiter/innen
  • Organisation von tagesstrukturierenden Maßnahmen
  • Mithilfe bei der Erstellung/Absicherung von Dienstplänen
  • Kontrolle und Fürsorge für alle unterstellten Pflegekräfte

Anforderungen an die Bewerber/innen:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Alten- oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in (m/w/d)
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Pflege
  • Interesse zur Leitungsposition
  • Weiterbildung zur Wohnbereichs- bzw. Stationsleitung erforderlich
  • Organisationstalent, Handlungs- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
  • Sozialkompetenz und Empathie
  • Belastbarkeit und Eigenverantwortung
  • Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit, pädagogisches Geschick
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in Wechselschicht und an den Wochenenden sowie an Feiertagen
  • FS der Klasse B erforderlich
