Der Arbeitgeber Tätige Gemeinschaft e.V. in Bad Liebenwerda sucht für den sofortigen Einsatz für alle seine Einrichtungen in Bad Liebenwerda eine Fachkraft Wundmanagement (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung einer optimalen Wundprophylaxe sowie einheitlicher Pflege- und Behandlungsmethoden
  • Wundversorgung nach anerkannten Therapiemethoden
  • Durchführung ärztlicher Verordnungen
  • Durchführung von Dokumentationsaufgaben am PC
  • Erbringung aller pflegerischen Leistungen

Anforderungen an die Bewerber/innen:

  • hohe Resistenz gegenüber verschiedenen Wunden
  • Fachkenntnisse zu Wundformen und Verbandsstoffen
  • Kenntnisse zu Haftungs- und Strafrecht
  • Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Bewohner/innen und Angehörigen
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Alten- oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in (m/w/d)
  • abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im Bereich des Wundmanagements
  • Fähigkeit und Interesse, fachpraktisches Wissen weiterzuvermitteln
  • Sozialkompetenz und Empathie
  • Belastbarkeit und Eigenverantwortung
  • Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in Wechselschicht und an den Wochenenden sowie an Feiertagen
  • FS der Klasse B erforderlich
