Job Description

Für den Bereich Instandhaltung / Qualitätssicherung suchen wir einen erfahrenen Strukturprüfer (ZfP) (w/m/d) , der eigenverantwortlich Prüfprozesse plant, durchführt und weiterentwickelt. Die Position erfordert ein hohes Maß an technischem Verständnis, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Werkstücken und Prüfverfahren. Die Rolle befindet sich am Standort Oberursel (bei Frankfurt am Main) .

Aufgaben:

  • Planung, Vorbereitung und Dokumentation von Prüfabläufen inkl. Festlegung von Prüfmitteln und Parametern
  • Rüsten, Einstellen und Freigeben von Prüfanlagen sowie Sicherstellung der Prozessfähigkeit durch Systemchecks
  • Durchführung und Bewertung zerstörungsfreier Prüfungen an komplexen Bauteilen nach geltenden Normen und Spezifikationen
  • Analyse, Dokumentation und Interpretation von Prüfergebnissen sowie Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Erprobung neuer Prüfverfahren und -anweisungen
  • Koordination von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen sowie Anleitung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene 3–3,5-jährige technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im metallographischen Bereich
  • Zusatzqualifikation als Strukturprüfer (ZfP) Level 2, vorzugsweise für Werkstoffe wie Titan und Inconel
  • Mehrjährige praktische Berufserfahrung im Bereich zerstörungsfreie Prüfung
  • Fundiertes technisches Verständnis sowie sicherer Umgang mit komplexen Prüfverfahren und Anlagen
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Bereitschaft zur Anleitung von Mitarbeitenden
  • zum Schichtbetrieb (3-Schichtssystem)
