Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für unseren Arbeitsbereich Verpackung und Montage eine Vollzeitkraft (unbefristet) als Fachkraft zur Arbeits- und Berufsförderung (m/w/d).

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie fördern und begleiten unsere Mitarbeiter mit einer Behinderung in den Strukturen des Arbeitsalltags.
  • Sie gestalten Arbeitsplätze und statten diese mit entsprechenden Hilfsmitteln und Vorrichtungen aus.
  • Sie verantworten den Produktionsablauf Ihrer Gruppe.
  • Sie setzen eine ganzheitliche Förderung in Einzel- und Gruppenarbeit um.
  • Sie übernehmen die Dokumentation und regelmäßige Fortschreibung der Förderplanung unter Berücksichtigung individueller Bildungsziele.
  • Sie übernehmen im Bedarfsfall persönliche und pflegerische Assistenzleistungen.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Eine handwerkliche / technische Berufsausbildung mit einer abgeschlossenen Weiterbildung als Fachkraft zur Arbeits- und Berufsförderung oder eine Ausbildung als Heilerziehungspfleger.
  • Wertschätzender und empathischer Umgang mit Menschen mit Behinderung.
  • Teamfähigkeit, soziale Kompetenz und Zuverlässigkeit.
