Neuverteilung in der Leitung – frischer Wind mit viel Fachlichkeit und vielen Ideen! Dazu brauche ich genau DICH um unser Team komplett zu machen!

Wir sind ein heilpädagogisches Wohnheim mit 20 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern, die teilweise an Mehrfachbehinderungen leiden. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir engagierte Fachkräfte (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in oder Altenpfleger/in) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Ihr Aufgabenfeld

  • Professionelle Begleitung und Versorgung unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner nach individuellen Bedürfnissen
  • Grund- und Behandlungspflege in enger Abstimmung mit dem pflegerischen Team
  • Unterstützung bei Alltagsaktivitäten, Förderung von Selbstständigkeit und Lebensqualität
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Therapeuten, Ärzten und dem pädagogischen Umfeld
  • Dokumentation relevanter Beobachtungen und Pflegeprozesse
  • Notfallbereitschaft und Einhaltung von Hygienestandards

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege oder Altenpflege oder als Pflegefachmann/frau
  • Offenheit, Empathie und Teamfähigkeit
  • Fachliche Kompetenz, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Behinderungen und der Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team
