Mit hochmoderner Technik produzieren wir als Joint Venture von Dr. Oetker und der Molkerei Gropper köstliche Desserts und gekühlte Getränke. Unseren Produkten begegnen Sie in fast jedem Kühlregal. Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Bereich Milchannahme und Milchbearbeitung
  • Bedienung unserer halbautomatischen Fruchtmischregelanlagen
  • Herstellung von Produktmischungen
  • Handhabung von Dessertprozessanlagen und der Fruchtversorgung
  • Umsetzung des Hygiene-Konzeptes (HACCP) sowie Durchführung und Überwachung von Reinigungsarbeiten

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z.B. als Milchtechnologe (m/w/d), Molkereifachmann-/frau, Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik und/oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der industriellen Produktion von Lebensmitteln oder Getränken
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Hygienebewusstsein
  • Teamgeist und Bereitschaft zur 3-Schichtarbeit
