Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Bedürfnissen auf ihrem Weg zu mehr Selbstbestimmung begleiten - ganzheitlich, empathisch und mit viel Herz
  • In Teamsitzungen mitarbeiten, dokumentieren - den Kostenträgern zeigen, was erreicht wurde.
  • Mit rechtlichen Betreuer:innen zusammenarbeiten - im Team geht alles leichter
  • Unterstützung im Alltag geben - gemeinsam auf dem Weg zu mehr Selbstbestimmung und Teilhabe

Dein Profil:

  • Eine passende fachliche Qualifikation (z.B. Heilerziehungspfleger:in, Erzieher:in, Sozialpädagog:in, Ergotherapeut:in oder Ähnliches)
  • Flexibilität für Nachmittags-, Abend- oder Wochenendarbeit - wir brauchen dich auch außerhalb der klassischen Bürozeiten
  • Einen Führerschein und ein eigenes Auto - weil Du an verschiedenen Orten tätig bist.
