Deine Aufgaben

  • Gemeinsame Gestaltung des vielfältigen und bunten Gruppenlebens
  • Förderung von Selbstbestimmung und Teilhabe der Bewohnenden in allen lebenspraktischen Bereichen
  • Personenzentrierte Unterstützung in Freizeitgestaltung, Haushaltsführung und der Pflege
  • Reflektion und Weiterentwicklung der gemeinsamen Arbeit im multiprofessionellen Team

Du bringst mit:

  • eine fachliche Grundausbildung im sozialen, therapeutischen oder pflegerischen Bereich (auch Quereinstieg möglich als Hilfskraft)
  • EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Menschen mit verschiedenen Assistenzbedarfen • Kreativität und Verbindlichkeit
  • Empathie, sowie innere Ruhe, um den Bewohnenden Sicherheit und Bindung im Alltag vermitteln zu können
  • Interesse an der anthroposophischen Sozialtherapie
