  • Wir suchen wir einen ausgebildeten Fachkrankenpfleger (m/w/d) mit der Zusatzqualifikation Psychosomatische Fachpflege in Voll- oder Teilzeit im Rahmen der Personalvermittlung.

  • Voll­ständige und korrekte Durchführung der Pflege­dokument­ation
  • Medikament­öse Ver­sorgung der Pa­tient:innen nach ärzt­licher An­ordnung
  • Mit­ge­staltung der Stations­ab­läufe
  • Wert­schätzende und Bedürfnis orientierte Pflege und Betreuung der Patient:innen
  • Ver­ant­wortung für die Um­setzung des Pflege­konzepts übernehmen
  • Das bringst Du mit:
  • Eine in Deutschland abgeschlossene oder offiziell anerkannte Berufsqualifikation als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d), Exam. Altenpfleger (m/w/d) oder zur Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • Zusatzqualifikation zum Psychosomatischen Fachpfleger (m/w/d) ist zwingend erforderlich
